Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us an email at [email protected] or use the Contact Us form located in the About us section of the menu. You can also send us a direct message to our Instagram page: @epilogio. Please contact us before returning your items.

Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be   returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. 

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll gladly sort it out for you.  At this time, we don't offer exchanges.


It takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. We will notify you via email confirmation when an order has been received, fulfilled and sent out for shipment.
